Your New Company: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join our client, a leading provider in the design, manufacture, and supply of prefabricated timber frames and trusses. With a strong reputation for delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality timber solutions, our client prides themselves on their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction within the construction industry.

Your New Role: Reporting to a Production Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting our client's efficient day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage general office administration, including phone calls, correspondence, filing, and ordering supplies.

• Provide essential support to operations, assisting with job bookings, scheduling production, and coordinating deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records for projects, inventory, and general company data.

• Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, payment processing, and compiling expense/payroll information.

• Liaise directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve enquiries.

About You:

• Previous experience in administration, scheduling, service coordination, or a similar role.

• Ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project information accurately.
